Due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19), all City facilities are closed, including City Hall. The Planning & Zoning meeting will be held per the Governor's Executive Order 20-69, which was extended by Executive Order 20-193. Please contact the City Clerk’s office at 954-630-4300 by 4:00 p.m. September 21, 2020, to receive Zoom Webinar log-in information. Public comments (no more than 250 words) can be submitted for the record to publiccomments@oaklandparkfl.gov by 4:00 p.m. Monday, September 21, 2020.

A Public Hearing to present the application by Oakland Park Dixie LLC to use the Additional Building Height Program for the proposed mixed-use development to be located at 3701-3801 N. Dixie Highway.

Case #CD20-20DMUD “Oakland Park Square – Flex Units”

A Public Hearing to consider the application by Oakland Park Dixie LLC requesting the assignment of 32 additional flexibility units to be located at 3801 N. Dixie Highway.
