2.CURRENT ACTIVITY
    
 

Presentation to come in February or March from ECD.

 

  1.  Floranada project—This is an FDOT sidewalk & drainage project.  They are approximately 80% complete.  I have requested a status update from the PM.  FDOT anticipates the project to be completed the end of 2025.
  1. 13th Ave—This project is managed by ECD. 
  1. 38th Street This is a City of Fort Lauderdale force main project, currently expected to be complete January 2026.
  1. Prospect (Damage from project/why is it so patch worked/is it going to get fixed) This is a City of Fort Lauderdale water main project.  Milling and resurfacing is scheduled for nights the week of November 10th.
