The City is requesting approval of additional professional services with Currie Sowards Aguila Architects (CSA) to expand the ongoing City Centennial Park Phase II design to incorporate the originally contemplated Phase III improvements and additional improvements to the existing Park Maintenance Building.
City Centennial Park was originally planned as a three-phase redevelopment project. Phase I has been completed, and Phase II is currently in design. Recommended Action:
Staff recommends the City Commission adopt a resolution approving additional professional services with Currie Sowards Aguila Architects for architectural and engineering services for City Centennial Park in an amount not to exceed $281,150, and authorize the appropriate City officials to execute the Additional Services Authorization, and approving the Budget Amendment. |
