| | | | | | | | | 1. | BACKGROUND/HISTORY
| | | POP Star Awards are an initiative of the Beautification Advisory Board. Properties are selected for recognition for improvement to the property's appearance through landscaping, remodeling or reconstruction efforts. Residential or commercial properties can be selected for an award and applications can be submitted by the owners, neighbors or City employees. Properties are vetted through the Community Enhancement Division to determine that there are no outstanding code violations at the address in question.
The properties along with the award application and before and after photos are brought to the members of the Beautification Advisory Board who then review the package and vote. |

| | | The Beautification Advisory Board met on May 23, 2019 and voted to approve 2 applications for POP Star Awards. They are both residential properties--see below for details:
