Issue Statement: On February 21, 2020, Board Member Richard Day resigned from the  Beautification Advisory Board.  Mr. Days' term expires April 2021. There are (4) applications attached including their residential confirmation form for Commission consideration.  

Recommended Action: City Commission to appoint, by consensus, one member to the Beautification Advisory Board to complete the term ending April 2021. 

Sec. 24-235. Beautification advisory board
(B)   Composition; compensation. The board established in this section shall be composed of seven (7) members appointed by the city commission. Any compensation shall be established by city commission resolution. All members of the board shall be residents of the city. No member of the board may be an employee of the city, nor may any elected official of the city be a member of the board.
