The Fire Rescue Department responds to over 9000 calls per year. The department compiles a continuous quality review of these responses. The fire department has two primary response types: FIRE and EMS that are further categorized into many various call types specific to the mitigation needs.
It is important to review these calls, our performance in response, mitigation and medical care. The data provides a foundation for our improvement cycle and can determine the departmental resource allocation, training topics and future community planning.
