In February 2020 the City Manager participated in the CCi Concord Performance Based Assessment designed to gather feedback from individuals who have observed his performance in the workplace. The rating scale was 1-5 with 5 as the highest score.
Concord aggregated the Leadership Assessment Survey confidential responses, tabulated the results and forwarded them to International City Managers Association (ICMA) to be included in their re-credentialing process. The ICMA Survey feedback report was sent to the Human Resources Department and the overall average for each domain is provided below:
