Enhance Gateway to Downtown
Create a District wide Parking Strategy
Support Sustainable Economic Development
Expand, Protect and Enhance Open Space
This item seeks to complete the last task for the Downtown Urban Planning and Design Services to provide the best use analysis, develop the conceptual design, and building envelop for the City Hall site. The Task 3 analysis will follow the aforementioned vision and goals for the Downtown and include the opportunity for Community input.
