Resolution of Support for Affordable Housing Efforts

1.	BACKGROUND/HISTORY
	Issue Statement - On May 19, 2021, Commissioner Rosenwald stated he would work with the City Manager and City Attorney to draft a proposed resolution expressing support for affordable housing efforts to provide quality affordable housing opportunities for residents. Recommended Action: City Commission discussion and consideration of proposed resolution.

2.	CURRENT ACTIVITY
	On May 19, 2021, during Commissioner Rosenwald's discussion item, he committed to working with the City Manager and City Attorney to provide a draft resolution expressing support for affordable housing efforts to provide quality affordable housing opportunities for residents. The draft resolution is attached for consideration.
