The Fire Rescue department responds to over 9100 calls per year. The department compiles a continuous quality review of these responses. The Fire department has two primary response types: FIRE and EMS that are further categorized into many various calls types specific to the mitigation needs.
It is important to review these calls, our performance in response, mitigation and medical care. This data provides a foundation for our improvement cycle and determine the department resource allocation, training topics and future community planning.
