A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE OAKLAND PARK COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY (CRA),  ADOPTING A TENTATIVE BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR OCTOBER 1, 2026 TO SEPTEMBER 30, 2027; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

Approval of an Application from C&M Collective LLC d/b/a Pure Green for the Sky Building Job Creation Incentive Pilot Program

A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE OAKLAND PARK COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY (CRA), APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE AWARD OF UP TO $40,000.00 TO C&M COLLECTIVE LLC, D/B/A PURE GREEN, UNDER THE SKY BUILDING JOB CREATION INCENTIVE PILOT PROGRAM, SUBJECT TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OUTLINED IN THE PROGRAM GUIDELINES AND GRANT AGREEMENT; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
