A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF OAKLAND PARK, FLORIDA, RELATING TO THE PROVISION OF FIRE RESCUE SERVICES, FACILITIES AND PROGRAMS IN THE CITY OF OAKLAND PARK, FLORIDA; REIMPOSING FIRE RESCUE ASSESSMENTS AGAINST ASSESSED PROPERTY LOCATED WITHIN THE CITY OF OAKLAND PARK FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 2017; APPROVING THE RATE OF ASSESSMENT; APPROVING THE ASSESSMENT ROLL; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF OAKLAND PARK, FLORIDA, RELATING TO THE COLLECTION AND DISPOSAL OF SOLID WASTE AND RECYCLABLE MATERIALS IN THE ASSESSMENT AREA CONSISTING OF THE ENTIRE INCORPORATED BOUNDARIES OF THE CITY OF OAKLAND PARK, FLORIDA; AS MAY BE AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, REIMPOSING SOLID WASTE SERVICE ASSESSMENTS AGAINST CERTAIN ASSESSED PROPERTY LOCATED WITHIN OAKLAND PARK, FLORIDA; APPROVING THE UPDATED ASSESSMENT ROLL; CONFIRMING THE PRELIMINARY RATE RESOLUTION; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF OAKLAND PARK, FLORIDA, ESTIMATING THE COST OF STORMWATER MANAGEMENT SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE STORMWATER UTILITY; DETERMINING THAT CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY WILL BE SPECIALLY BENEFITED BY THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE STORMWATER UTILITY; ESTABLISHING THE METHOD OF ASSESSING THE COST OF THE UTILITY AGAINST THE REAL PROPERTY THAT WILL BE SPECIALLY BENEFITED THEREBY; APPROVING THE RATE OF ASSESSMENT, APPROVING THE STORMWATER MANAGEMENT ASSESSSMENT ROLL; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
