Case #CD21-25P “Henza Plat”

A public hearing to consider an application by Henza Development, LLC requesting approval for a plat to create four single-family residential lots and a private street in the R-1, Single Family Residential District generally located in the 2600 block of NW 19 Avenue, Oakland Park, Florida 33311
