Pursuant to the Rules of Procedure Resolution No. R-2013-154, Paragraph I b(2), Page 8, Supplemental information not related to the development of the Agenda item  may be submitted by 5:00 p.m. on the Monday preceding the Wednesday Commission meeting.

At this time, any member of the City Commission or the City Manager may request to add, change, or delete items from the agenda.
Purchase and Sale Agreement for the Acquisition of the Downtown Properties by Horizon of Oakland Park, LLC in the Amount of $11,206,508.
