Pursuant to the Rules of Procedure Resolution No. R-2013-154, Paragraph I b(2), Page 8, Supplemental information not related to the development of the Agenda item  may be submitted by 5:00 p.m. on the Monday preceding the Wednesday Commission meeting.

At this time, any member of the City Commission or the City Manager may request to add, change, or delete items from the agenda.
CONSENT AGENDA
Those matters included under the Consent Agenda are self-explanatory, and are not expected to require review or discussion. Items will be enacted by one Motion; however, if discussion of an item is requested by the City Commission, that item may be removed from the Consent Agenda and considered separately.

9 A. Execution of Local Agency Program (LAP) Agreement to Provide Funding for the Construction for the Lloyd Estates Elementary School Safe Routes to School Sidewalk Project.

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF OAKLAND PARK, FLORIDA, APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE PROPER CITY OFFICIALS TO EXECUTE THE LOCAL AGENCY PROGRAM AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND THE CITY OF OAKLAND PARK for the Lloyd Estates Elementary School Safe Routes to School Project; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

Recommendation:
Motion to Adopt Resolution
This meeting facility is wheelchair accessible and accessible parking spaces are available. Requests for accommodations or interpretive services must be made 48 hours prior to the meeting. If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the City Commission with respect to any matter considered at this meeting, the person will need a record of proceedings, and that, for such purpose, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.

I, the undersigned authority, certify the above Notice of Meeting of the City Commission is a true copy of the Notice posted on the outdoor bulletin board at the main entrance of City Hall, a place convenient and readily accessible to the general public at all times.
